As per the bylaws of the Orange County Council of PTAs and PTSAs, the voting body of the Council shall consist of the Council’s executive board, the president (or elected officer) of each local unit in membership who is in full compliance, the Principal (or representative) and up to three (3) delegates (or current members) selected by each local unit, according to it’s own procedures.

Elected officers include the unit president, vice-president(s), treasurer and secretary. A delegate can be any current member of your PTA/PTSA unit.

Please be advised that only registered PTA/PTSA Delegates can vote at this Annual General Meeting. PTA/PTSA Presidents can register their delegates here.
