Submitting Your Winners to County
The first phase is done, and you have chosen your three winners per Grade/Category to send to county. All entries must be uploaded to the OCCPTA/Reflections Dropbox for consideration and judging at the county level of the Reflections Program. as well as uploaded to the National PTA database.
For access to the OCCPTA/Reflections Dropbox, each local unit chairperson or representative must email the Reflections Chairperson at [email protected] for access. Once the request has been received access will be granted.
For ease of processing and sorting entries, please use the following file naming formats. Local Unit Chairpersons need to email a copy of their Form A and Form B directly to the County Chairperson for tabulation.
When uploading your entries to your unit’s dropbox, all entries must be labeled:
GRD_CAT_First Initial Last Name_EntryForm (PRI_LI_AStudent_EntryForm)
GRD_CAT_First Initial Last Name_ArtPiece (PRI_LI_ AStudent _ArtPiece)
The turn-in date for all artwork to your Orange County Council PTA Reflections committee is 12/4/2024
Your PTA/PTSA is required to be in compliance for entries to be considered. OCCPTA does not receive any funds from Florida PTA or National PTA. Your PTA/PTSA unit’s County Council dues allows programs like these to be offered to students of Orange County.
