The OCCPTA Nominating Committee recommends to the membership that the following individuals be elected as OCCPTA officers for the 2020-21 school year
for President: Melanie Williams (University HS PTSA)
for 1st Vice President for Leadership: Chadwick Hardee (Northlake Community School PTA)
for 2nd Vice President for Organization: Daniel Plumey (University HS PTSA)
for 3rd Vice President for Education Development: Mady Plumey Cruz (Sunrise ES PTA)
for Secretary: Caryn Liss (West Creek ES PTA)
for Treasurer: Kimberly Adamski (Lawton Chiles ES PTA)
Thank you for the opportunity to present this proposed slate of leaders to serve our County Council and its local units for the year ahead.

Nominations from the floor for all officer roles close 15 days before the election, April 1st, 2020. The Election of Officers will take place April 16th*, 2020 at the Ronald Blocker Educational Leadership Center at 7pm.
The membership will also be voting to approve the County Council Bylaws as required at least every three years.
* subject to rescheduling and or relocating.
As per the council bylaws, the voting body shall consist of the council executive board, the president of each local unit in membership (or an elected officer), the PTA/PTSA’s principal (or representative), and up to three delegates selected by each unit according to it’s own procedure. (A local unit in membership, is a PTA/PTSA unit that is in good standing and current in it’s council dues by more than 30 days).
