| REGISTER OFFICERS | –Register your Officers following your Elections –Register Officers with Florida PTA –Update Givebacks (fka Memberhub) -Make sure all Officers have joined your PTA for this year! |
| AUDIT | –Financial Audits are due each year by August 31st –Audit Form & Instructions -Submit Finalized Audit to Florida PTA to [email protected] -Need help? Reach out to [email protected] |
| MEMBERSHIP DUES | -Pay Membership Dues Monthly as Collected -Pay electronically through Givebacks (fka Memberhub) OR -Use Membership Form -Review Membership Award Guidelines for Due Dates |
| FILE TAXES | -File Form 990 by November 15th -990 Submission Information -Need help? Reach out to [email protected] |
| PAY COUNTY DUES | –Deadline to pay $50 County Council Dues is October 31st -Pay electronically on our Store -Use OCCPTA Dues Form to Mail Payment |
